Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days of order placement. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone.
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Please make note that we require a signature verification upon delivery on orders that total $150.00 or more.

International Orders
For International Shipping destinations (including Canada), please e-mail us at customerservice@thebeautybox.com for special instructions and shipping costs. You can place your order online and we will then contact you with the exact shipping costs. Note the shipping costs will total zero when your order is placed online. After we gain credit card approval and weigh your package we will contact you with the exact shipping cost and will then wait for your approval before sending out your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship some items outside the USA.
All International orders are subject to credit card approval and mailing verification. This process normally takes 1 week with MasterCard and Visa and takes 1 day for American Express.
** Please note: International deliveries may take anywhere from two to eight weeks. Once the parcel reaches your border, it will be held until it clears your country's Customs Inspection. At that point, the delivery may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and broker fees over which The Beauty Box has no control.
The Beauty Box will be happy to accept returns on most unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items - as we guarantee the purity, freshness, and authenticity of the products we sell.
If you need to return an item, simply send us a request to return the merchandise via email at customerservice@thebeautybox.com or phone us at 310-659-3802. We will proceed to give you a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to tell us which items you wish to return. When we approve your request we will notify you via email or on the phone and you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. Then you may send us the unopened, unused and in saleable condition merchandise, along with your Return Authorization Number. Once we receive your returned merchandise we will promptly credit the original credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is from a Beauty Box error. We ask that you specify the reason for your return in the email or phone call as we love to learn how to serve you better!
Clearance and special sale items (percentage off discounts, promotions), are considered final sales.
