1. Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Item must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personal hygiene products

Intimate or sanitary goods

Hazardous materials
-
Flammable liquids or gases

Gift cards
-
Certain health and personal-care items (marked on product pages)
4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
We may grant partial refunds in cases such as:

Clothing with visible signs of use

Opened personal hygiene items (e.g., hair brushes, cosmetics) - Customers are subject to restock fee if item is returned in used/different conditions. Restock fee depends on the quality of the item

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Items returned after the 30-day window (if accepted at our discretion)
5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you haven’t received your refund:

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange:

Email orders@thebeautybox.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once approved, send the item to the address below.
8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.

Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
