Refund policy

The Beauty Box — 30-Day Return Policy

1. Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Item must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not send items back to the manufacturer.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal hygiene products

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Certain health and personal-care items (marked on product pages)


4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We may grant partial refunds in cases such as:

  • Clothing with visible signs of use

  • Opened personal hygiene items (e.g., hair brushes, cosmetics) - Customers are subject to restock fee if item is returned in used/different conditions. Restock fee depends on the quality of the item

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned after the 30-day window (if accepted at our discretion)


5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification of approval or denial.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).

  4. Still no refund? Email orders@thebeautybox.com.


6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange:

  • Email orders@thebeautybox.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, send the item to the address below.


8. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
