How to Use:

Apply to the eyelids using the INGLOT Glitter Applicator 45S or a flat brush such as Makeup Brush 9S. For different effects, mix with DURALINE. For a long-lasting glow, apply Body Art Adhesive before applying the pigment, or layer over a wet Aquastic Cream Eye Shadow.
