RefectoCil Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint is a professional color system that defines and intensifies lashes and brows. Results stay visible for up to 6 weeks and look natural. Shades can be mixed, so professionals can adjust tone, depth and warmth to suit each client's features and hair color. The water-resistant formula keeps color durable and low-maintenance.
Shades
- Deep Blue #2.1: An intense dark blue, ideal for lashes on blonde and light blonde looks.
- Red #4.1: An intense red that matches lashes and brows to a wide range of red hair colors.
How to Use
- Prep: Remove contact lenses and cleanse the eye area with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
- Mix & apply: Right before tinting, mix 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid (or 15–20 drops of Oxidant cream) into a creamy paste. Apply to brows and lashes.
- Process: Leave on for 10 minutes.
- Remove: Wipe off with cotton pads and water.
Allergy test: Do a patch test before the first application and after long breaks from tinting.

I messed up. I guess I needed the cream and I really hope this is legit because I’ve got license.I was surprised I thought that developer would come with it and probably my fault but just be aware of that. You won’t be able to use it when you get it unless you already have their developer.Blue black eyelashes for years though 💙🖤
It’s okay. Zero directions on item, box or website. Doesn’t last very long but does what it says. You need another product to make this work.
This is being marketed as a tinting kit for eyelashes and/or eye brows. I received it today and right on the box, it says “This product must not be used for dyeing, the eyelashes and eyebrows; To do so may cause blindness.”
