  • STEP 1: Preparation

    STEP 2: Mix & Apply

    • Mix 2 cm paste + 20-25 drops RefectoCil Blonde Brow. Mix at least 2 minutes until the paste becomes creamy. If it is not creamy enough, add some drops of Oxidant cream.
    • Afterwards apply to the eyebrows.

    STEP 3: Application time

    • Application time: depending on the desired lightning effect: 5-20 minutes
      •  5 minutes: one shade lighter
      • 12 minutes: two shades lighter
      • 20 minutes: three shades lighter

    STEP 4: Ready!
